While the Royal Mail delivers 93% of all parcels the next day using this service please allow for 2 working days.

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday to receive your order the following day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed on Monday usually.

We currently offer free tracked 1st Class Delivery on orders over £50 (free shipping orders may take a few days to have the order processed)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 We only offer Royal Mail FIRST CLASS International Tracked & Signed for International deliveries.

Europe £7, Rest of World approximately £12. Free Tracked Shipping over $100 USD.

Europe delivery AIM is 5-7 working days, Rest of World delivery aim is 7-10 working days. This service is fully tracked from end to end. The delivery times can vary.

PLEASE BE AWARE Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until 30 Days After Shipping – It is only at this point can we refund for missing International parcels.

Please be aware that once the Royal Mail hands parcels to a 3rd party delivery agent,  due to data protection only you will be able to talk to the delivery partner about your order.

Please note all International custom duties are the buyers responsibility.  

If you purchase from our website and refuse the package at any point OR refuse to pay customs, please be advised that you will not be eligible for a refund for the package at all due to fees incurred by us returning the package.
